Cooking the Sea Bass

Prepare the Sea Bass
Pat the sea bass fillets dry with paper towels. Season both sides with salt and black pepper.

Heat the Olive Oil
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat until shimmering.

Sear the Fillets
Add the sea bass fillets to the skillet, skin-side down. Cook for about 4-5 minutes until the skin is crispy. Carefully flip the fillets and cook for another 3-4 minutes until cooked through.
