4 cups Chicken broth
2 tbs Fresh rosemary
8 oz Mushrooms (sliced)
2 cloves Garlic (minced)
1 medium Shallots (finely chopped)
3 stalks Green onion (sliced)
2 tbs olive oil
1 cup Parmesan cheese (grated)
1 tsp Celtic sea salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 cup Grilled chicken (sliced)
4 slices Bacon (cooked and crumbled)

Method

Directions

Serve
Top the risotto with sliced grilled chicken and crumbled bacon. Garnish with sliced green onions before serving.
