Prepare the Raspberry Puree
In a blender, combine the fresh raspberries, sugar, water, lemon juice, and a pinch of salt. Blend until smooth.

Strain the Mixture
Pour the raspberry mixture through a fine mesh strainer into a bowl to remove the seeds. Use the back of a spoon to press the mixture through.

Chill the Puree
Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until completely chilled.

Freeze the Sorbet
Once chilled, pour the raspberry puree into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer's instructions until it reaches a soft-serve consistency.

Transfer and Freeze
Transfer the sorbet to an airtight container and freeze for at least 4 hours or until firm.

Scoop the sorbet into bowls and enjoy!
