Prepare the Pork
Season the pork tenderloin with salt, black pepper, and fresh thyme. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat, and sear the pork on all sides until browned, about 4-5 minutes.

Add Peaches and Garlic
Stir in the sliced Pearson peaches and minced garlic, cooking for another 3-4 minutes until the peaches soften.

Deglaze with Bourbon
Pour in the bourbon to deglaze the skillet, scraping up any browned bits from the bottom. Let it simmer for about 2 minutes.

Finish Cooking the Pork
Return the pork tenderloin to the skillet, cover, and reduce heat to low. Cook for an additional 15-20 minutes, or until the pork reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).

Serve
Slice the pork tenderloin and serve with the kielbasa, peaches, and bourbon jus drizzled over the top. Garnish with toasted pecans.
