Prepare the Polenta
In a saucepan, bring 4 cups of water to a boil. Gradually whisk in the polenta, stirring constantly. Reduce heat and cook for about 20-25 minutes until thickened. Stir in salt and set aside.

Prepare Strawberry Caprese Salad
Slice the strawberries and mozzarella. In a bowl, layer the strawberries, mozzarella, and fresh basil leaves. Drizzle with aged balsamic vinegar and a bit of olive oil.

Plating
On a plate, spoon a portion of soft polenta, place the seared tuna on top, and serve with the strawberry caprese salad on the side. Drizzle with additional balsamic and olive oil if desired.
