Prepare the Chicken
Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Dredge in flour, dip in beaten egg, and coat with breadcrumbs.

Cook the Pasta
In a large pot, boil salted water and cook the bow tie pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Sauté Vegetables
In the same skillet used for the chicken, add spinach and cherry tomatoes. Sauté until the spinach is wilted and tomatoes are slightly blistered, about 3-4 minutes.

Make the Basil Cream Sauce
In a saucepan, combine heavy cream and chopped basil. Simmer over low heat for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Combine and Serve
Toss the cooked pasta with the sautéed spinach, cherry tomatoes, and sweet corn. Slice the panéed chicken and serve on top. Drizzle with basil cream sauce.
