Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9-inch round cake pan.

Mix Dry Ingredients
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

Combine Wet Ingredients
In another bowl, beat the eggs. Add olive oil, buttermilk, lemon zest, orange zest, vanilla extract, lemon juice, and orange juice. Mix well.

Combine Dry and Wet Mixtures
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Do not overmix.

Bake the Cake
Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Cool and Serve
Allow the cake to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely. Serve with fresh whipped cream and macerated seasonal berries.
