Prepare the Chicken
Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then cook in a skillet over medium heat until golden brown on both sides, about 6-7 minutes per side. Remove from heat and set aside.

In the same skillet, add the bacon slices and cook until crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels. Once cooled, crumble the bacon.

Sauté the Mushrooms
In the remaining bacon fat, add the chopped domestic mushrooms and sauté until tender and browned, about 5-6 minutes. Season with a pinch of salt and pepper.

Assemble the Dish
In a baking dish, layer the cooked chicken breasts, sautéed mushrooms, crumbled bacon, and slices of fresh mozzarella. Pour the bechamel sauce over the top, covering everything evenly.
