Method
Preparation and Cooking
- 1
Prepare the Pizza Dough
Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C). If using store-bought dough, let it rest as per package instructions. If making from scratch, prepare your dough and let it rise according to your recipe.
- 2
Roll out the Dough
On a floured surface, roll out the pizza dough into a round shape, approximately 12 inches in diameter. Transfer it to a pizza stone or a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- 3
Add Marinara Sauce
Spread the marinara sauce evenly over the rolled-out dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
- 4
- 5
Bake the Pizza
Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbling and slightly browned.
- 6
Garnish and Serve
Remove the pizza from the oven, sprinkle with fresh rosemary, and let it cool for a couple of minutes before slicing. Serve hot.
