Preparation Instructions
- 1
Blend the Mangoes
In a blender or food processor, combine the diced mangoes, sugar, lime juice, and water. Blend until smooth and creamy.
- 2
Chill the Mixture
Pour the mango mixture into a bowl and cover it with plastic wrap. Chill in the refrigerator for about 1 hour until it's cold.
- 3
Freeze the Sorbet
Transfer the chilled mixture to an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer's instructions until it reaches a fluffy, sorbet-like consistency. If you don’t have an ice cream maker, pour the mixture into a shallow dish and freeze for about 2 hours, stirring every 30 minutes until it is firm.
