Cooking Instructions
- 1
Prepare the Crab Mixture
In a mixing bowl, combine the crab meat, panko breadcrumbs, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, minced garlic, chopped parsley, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly coated.
- 2
Prepare the Mahi-Mahi
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Rinse the mahi-mahi fillets under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels. Season both sides with salt and black pepper.
- 3
Assemble the Dish
On a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, place the seasoned mahi-mahi fillets. Spoon the crab mixture evenly on top of each fillet, pressing gently to adhere.
- 4
Bake
Drizzle olive oil over the crab-crusted mahi-mahi. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the fish is cooked through and the crab topping is golden brown.
- 5
Serve
Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy your crab-crusted mahi-mahi with a side of vegetables or a salad.
