Preparation Instructions

Prepare the Herb Mixture
In a bowl, combine olive oil, parsley, dill, garlic, lemon zest, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to form a paste.

Prepare the Salmon
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Coat the Salmon
Spread the herb mixture evenly over the top of each salmon fillet.

Add the Crust
In a separate bowl, mix almond flour and grated parmesan cheese. Sprinkle this mixture over the herb-coated salmon fillets.

Bake the Salmon
Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and the crust is golden brown.
