Marinate the Fish
In a bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Add redfish fillets and marinate for 30 minutes.

Sweet Potato Ravioli

Prepare the Filling
In a bowl, mix sweet potato puree, ricotta cheese, salt, and black pepper until well combined.

Fill the Ravioli
Place a small spoonful of the filling onto the center of each wonton wrapper. Wet the edges with water, fold over, and press to seal.

Cook the Ravioli
In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook the ravioli for 4-5 minutes until they float. Remove and drain.

Make the Sauce
In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute. Stir in heavy cream, Cajun seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Simmer for 5-7 minutes until thickened.

Finish the Dish
Stir in chopped green onions and let it simmer for an additional 2 minutes.
