Prepare the Fruit
Rinse the mixed forest fruits under cold water and pat them dry with a towel.

Blend the Ingredients
In a blender, combine the mixed forest fruits, granulated sugar, lemon juice, and water. Blend until smooth.

Strain the Mixture
Pour the blended mixture through a fine mesh sieve into a bowl to remove any seeds or pulp.

Freeze the Sorbet
Transfer the strained mixture into an airtight container and place it in the freezer. Freeze for about 4-6 hours, or until firm.

Once the sorbet is set, scoop into bowls and garnish with mint leaves before serving.
