Instructions to Prepare Crawfish Supplie Balls
- 1
Prepare the Mixture
In a large mixing bowl, combine the crawfish tails, cream cheese, chopped green onions, shredded cheddar cheese, garlic powder, and Cajun seasoning. Mix well until the ingredients are fully incorporated.
- 2
Form the Balls
Using your hands, form the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter. Place the formed balls on a baking sheet.
- 3
Coat the Balls
In a separate bowl, whisk the egg. Dip each crawfish ball into the egg, then roll in breadcrumbs to coat. Place the coated balls back on the baking sheet.
- 4
Fry the Balls
In a deep frying pan, heat the oil over medium heat. Once hot, carefully add the crawfish balls in batches and fry until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes. Remove and drain on paper towels.
- 5
Serve
Serve the crawfish supplie balls warm with your choice of dipping sauce.
