Add Garlic and Sausage
Stir in the minced garlic and sliced Andouille sausage. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until the sausage is browned.

Add the diced tomatoes (with juices) and chicken broth to the pot. Stir to combine.

Add the corn, Creole seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Bring the mixture to a simmer.
