1. Prepare the Chicken
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Dredge each breast in flour, dip in beaten eggs, and coat with breadcrumbs.
2. Cook the Chicken
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the breaded chicken and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown. Transfer to a baking dish.
3. Add Marinara and Mozzarella
Pour marinara sauce over the chicken breasts and top with slices of fresh mozzarella. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
4. Prepare Fettuccine Alfredo
Meanwhile, cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions. In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat, add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant. Add heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in grated Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
5. Serve
Drain the pasta and toss it with the Alfredo sauce. Serve the Chicken Parmesan over a bed of fettuccine Alfredo, garnished with fresh basil leaves.
