Assemble the Ravioli
Roll out the rested pasta dough on a floured surface until thin. Cut into circles or squares. Place a small spoonful of cheese filling on one half, fold over, and seal the edges with water or by pressing down with a fork.

Cook the Ravioli
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Carefully add the ravioli and cook for 3-4 minutes until they float to the surface. Remove with a slotted spoon.

Serve
Serve the ravioli topped with the tomato sauce and garnish with extra basil if desired.
