Cooking Instructions
- 1
Cook the Pasta
In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook the campanelle pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Prepare the Sausage
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the ground Italian sausage and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spoon, about 5-7 minutes.
- 3
Add Vegetables
Add minced garlic and chopped red bell pepper to the skillet. Sauté for another 2-3 minutes until the pepper is tender.
- 4
Make the Sauce
Stir in the tomato sauce and heavy cream. Bring to a simmer, then add fresh spinach, cooking until wilted. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
- 5
Combine Pasta and Sauce
Add the cooked campanelle pasta to the skillet and toss to combine until the pasta is evenly coated with the sauce.
- 6
Serve
Serve hot, garnished with grated Parmesan cheese.
