Prepare the Oreo Crust
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Crush the Oreo cookies in a food processor until fine crumbs form. In a mixing bowl, combine the cookie crumbs with melted unsalted butter. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form an even crust. Bake in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes, then remove and let cool while preparing the cheesecake filling.
