Prepare the Redfish
Season the redfish fillets with salt and black pepper. Dredge each fillet in flour, dip in beaten eggs, and then coat with bread crumbs. Set aside.

Fry the Redfish
In a large skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Once hot, carefully add the breaded redfish fillets. Fry for about 4-5 minutes on each side, until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from skillet and place on paper towels to drain excess oil.

Prepare the Green Beans
Trim the ends of the green beans and steam or boil them for about 5-7 minutes until tender but still crisp. Season with salt.

Make the Mostarda Cream
In a small saucepan, combine the mostarda and heavy cream. Heat over low heat, stirring until well combined and warmed through.

Serve
Plate the fried redfish alongside a scoop of mashed potatoes and a serving of green beans. Drizzle the mostarda cream over the fish and serve immediately.
