Cheesecake Filling
Method
Preparation Steps
- 1
Prepare the Crust
Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C). In a medium bowl, combine the crushed graham crackers, melted butter, and sugar. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan. Bake for 10 minutes and then remove from the oven to cool.
- 2
Make the Cheesecake Filling
In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add the sugar and continue to beat until well combined. Add the vanilla extract and mix well. Incorporate the eggs one at a time, ensuring each is fully mixed in before adding the next. Finally, fold in the sour cream and melted white chocolate until smooth.
- 3
Add Blueberries
Gently fold in the blueberries into the cheesecake mixture, being careful not to break them.
- 4
Bake the Cheesecake
Pour the filling over the cooled crust. Bake in the preheated oven for 50-60 minutes, or until the center is set but still slightly jiggly. Turn off the oven and let the cheesecake cool in the oven for 1 hour.
- 5
Chill and Serve
Remove the cheesecake from the oven, sprinkle sea salt on top, and let it cool to room temperature. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
