Cooking Instructions
- 1
Prepare the Beef
Season the beef tenderloin with cajun seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and sear the beef for about 3-4 minutes on each side until blackened and cooked to desired doneness. Remove from heat and let it rest before slicing.
- 2
Preheat Oven
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- 3
Prepare the Egg Mixture
In a large bowl, beat the eggs and mix in the heavy cream, chopped chives, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
- 4
Combine Ingredients
In a greased oven-safe skillet, layer the sliced blackened beef, lump crabmeat, brie cheese (sliced), and mozzarella cheese. Pour the egg mixture over the top.
- 5
Bake the Frittata
Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes or until the frittata is set and the top is lightly golden.
- 6
Serve
Allow the frittata to cool slightly before slicing. Serve warm and enjoy!
