Cook Asparagus
Trim the woody ends from the asparagus and cut the spears into 1-inch pieces. Add the asparagus to the pot and cook for another 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Add Broth
Pour in the vegetable broth and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and let it simmer for about 15 minutes, or until the asparagus is tender.

Blend the Soup
Using an immersion blender or a regular blender, blend the soup until smooth. If using a regular blender, be careful with the hot liquid.

Add Cream and Seasoning
Stir in the heavy cream, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice. Heat through for another 5 minutes.

Ladle the bisque into bowls and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
