1. Boil Water
In a small pot, bring 1 cup of water to a boil over medium-high heat.
2. Add Chamomile
Once the water reaches a rolling boil, add 2 tablespoons of dried chamomile flowers to the pot.
3. Steep
Remove the pot from heat and cover it. Let the chamomile flowers steep in the hot water for about 5 minutes.
4. Strain
After steeping, use a fine mesh strainer to strain the chamomile flowers from the tea. Pour the liquid into a cup.
