Caviar

Brioche Toasts

Method

Preparing the Caviar

  1. 1

    Chill the Caviar

Place the Tsar Classic Nicolai caviar in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes before serving to ensure it is at the perfect temperature. Keep it covered until ready to serve.

Making the Brioche Toasts

  1. 2

    Prepare the Brioche

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

  2. 3

    Butter the Bread

Spread 1 tablespoon of unsalted butter evenly on one side of each brioche slice.

  3. 4

    Toast the Bread

Place the brioche slices, buttered side up, on a baking sheet. Bake in the preheated oven for about 10-12 minutes or until golden brown and crispy. Keep an eye on them to avoid burning.

  4. 5

    Cool and Slice

Once toasted, remove the brioche from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Cut each slice into quarters or triangles for easy serving.

Assembly

  1. 6

    Serve with Caviar

Place the chilled caviar in a small serving dish. Serve alongside the warm brioche toasts. Guests can use a small spoon to place a dollop of caviar on each toast and enjoy.
