Prepare the Pasta

Cook the Fettuccine
In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook the fettuccine according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Prepare the Prawn Brunoise

Sauté the Aromatics
In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and chopped shallots and sauté until fragrant and translucent, about 2-3 minutes.

Cook the Prawns
Add the prawns to the skillet and cook until they are pink and opaque, about 3-4 minutes.

Add Vegetables
Stir in the diced red bell pepper and zucchini, cooking for another 2-3 minutes until softened.

Create the Sauce
Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese and season with black pepper to taste. Cook until the sauce thickens slightly.

Combine with Pasta
Add the cooked fettuccine to the skillet, tossing to coat the pasta with the creamy prawn brunoise sauce. Adjust seasoning if necessary.

Remove from heat, sprinkle with chopped parsley, and serve immediately.
