Cooking the Lobster

    Prepare the Pot

Fill a large pot with water, add sea salt, and bring to a boil.

  2. 2

    Cook the Lobster

Carefully add the live lobsters to the boiling water. Cover and boil for about 8-10 minutes until they turn bright red.

  3. 3

    Remove and Drain

Use tongs to remove the lobsters from the pot and let them drain. Set aside.

Making Garlic Butter Sauce

  1. 4

    Melt the Butter

In a small saucepan, melt the unsalted butter over medium heat.

  2. 5

    Add Garlic and Seasoning

Mince the garlic cloves and add them to the melted butter. Cook for about 2 minutes until fragrant. Stir in chopped parsley, lemon juice, and black pepper.
