Espresso Dipped Ladyfingers

Method

Pannacotta Preparation

    Step 1: Prepare Pannacotta

    In a saucepan, combine heavy cream and sugar over medium heat. Stir until the sugar dissolves. Remove from heat.

    In a small bowl, sprinkle gelatin over 2 tablespoons of cold water. Let it sit for 5 minutes to bloom.

    Add bloomed gelatin and vanilla extract to the warm cream mixture and stir until fully dissolved.

    Step 4: Chill

    Pour the mixture into serving glasses and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.

Ladyfinger Preparation

    Step 1: Brew Espresso

    Brew a strong cup of espresso and let it cool slightly. Mix in coffee liqueur.

    Quickly dip each ladyfinger into the espresso mixture and layer them in a serving dish over the set pannacotta.

Mascarpone Mixture Preparation
