Pannacotta Preparation

Step 1: Prepare Pannacotta
In a saucepan, combine heavy cream and sugar over medium heat. Stir until the sugar dissolves. Remove from heat.

Step 2: Bloom Gelatin
In a small bowl, sprinkle gelatin over 2 tablespoons of cold water. Let it sit for 5 minutes to bloom.

Add bloomed gelatin and vanilla extract to the warm cream mixture and stir until fully dissolved.

Pour the mixture into serving glasses and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
Ladyfinger Preparation

Step 1: Brew Espresso
Brew a strong cup of espresso and let it cool slightly. Mix in coffee liqueur.

Quickly dip each ladyfinger into the espresso mixture and layer them in a serving dish over the set pannacotta.
Mascarpone Mixture Preparation

Step 2: Fold in Whipped Cream
Gently fold in the whipped cream until fully integrated.

Spread the mascarpone mixture over the dipped ladyfingers in the serving dish.
Final Assembly

Cover and refrigerate the assembled tiramisu for at least 2 hours before serving.
