    Prepare the Chicken

    Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F). Rub chicken breasts with olive oil, minced garlic, rosemary, salt, and black pepper. Place in a baking dish.

    Roast the Chicken

    Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until the chicken is cooked through and juices run clear.

    Prepare Asparagus

    In a pan, sauté asparagus in olive oil with a pinch of salt and pepper for about 5-7 minutes.

    Serve

    Serve the roasted chicken with sautéed asparagus and a drizzle of lemon juice. Top with grated Parmesan cheese.

    Prepare the Chickpeas

    Drain and rinse the chickpeas. In a large bowl, mash them slightly with a fork.

    Mix Ingredients

    Add olive oil, minced garlic, cumin, paprika, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice to the mashed chickpeas. Mix until well combined.

    Chill

    Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.

    Serve

    Serve the chickpea mixture topped with diced avocado and chopped fresh parsley.
