Prepare the Polenta
In a pot, bring water to a boil. Gradually whisk in the polenta, reducing heat to low. Cook while stirring for about 20-25 minutes until thickened. Stir in heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, chopped parsley, and salt. Cook for an additional 5 minutes.

Roast the Cabbage
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Toss the cabbage wedges with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Arrange on a baking sheet and roast for 25-30 minutes until tender and browned.
