Pudding Preparation

Melt the Chocolate
In a saucepan over low heat, melt the white chocolate chips, stirring until smooth. Remove from heat and set aside.

Mix Dry Ingredients
In a separate bowl, combine the cornstarch, sugar, and salt.

Combine Milk and Dry Ingredients
Gradually whisk in the milk to the dry ingredients until well combined.

Add Chocolate and Vanilla
Once thickened, remove from heat and stir in the melted white chocolate and vanilla extract until well combined.

Chill the Pudding
Transfer the pudding to serving dishes and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set.

Whip the Cream
In a mixing bowl, combine heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Whip until soft peaks form.

Serve the Dessert
Once the pudding is set, top each serving with a dollop of Chantilly cream and sprinkle with toasted and chopped almonds.
