Activate Yeast
In a small bowl, mix warm milk with sugar and yeast. Let it sit for 5-10 minutes until frothy.

In a large mixing bowl, combine flour and salt.

Knead Dough
Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients. Mix until a dough forms and knead on a floured surface for about 10 minutes until smooth.

First Rise
Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a cloth, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.

Shape Pastries
Punch down the risen dough and divide it into portions for different pastries (such as croissants, danishes, and rolls).

Fill and Roll
For croissants, roll dough into triangles, place chocolate chips or cream cheese filling, and roll tightly from the base to the tip.

Place shaped pastries on a baking sheet, cover, and let them rise for 30 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Bake pastries for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
