Directions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Potatoes

Wash the new potatoes thoroughly and cut them in half if they are larger. Leave smaller potatoes whole.

  2. 2

    Boil the Potatoes

Place the potatoes in a large pot, cover with water, add a pinch of salt, and bring to a boil. Cook for about 15-20 minutes or until fork-tender.

  3. 3

    Brown the Butter

In a large skillet, melt the unsalted butter over medium heat. Continue cooking, stirring frequently, until the butter turns a golden brown color and has a nutty aroma, about 5-7 minutes.

  4. 4

    Combine Ingredients

Once the potatoes are cooked, drain them and add them to the skillet with the browned butter. Gently toss to coat the potatoes in the butter.

  5. 5

    Add Cream and Dill

Pour in the heavy cream and add the chopped dill. Stir gently until the cream is heated through and well combined with the potatoes.

  6. 6

    Season and Serve

Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste. Serve warm as a side dish.
