Prepare the Drunken Cherries

Make the Tiramisu Layer

In a mixing bowl, whisk together mascarpone cheese, heavy cream, and powdered sugar until smooth and creamy.

In a shallow dish, pour cooled espresso. Dip ladyfinger biscuits quickly into the espresso, ensuring they are soaked but not soggy.

Layer soaked ladyfingers in a serving dish, followed by a layer of the mascarpone mixture. Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with the mascarpone layer on top.

Chill the tiramisu in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight for the best flavor.
Prepare Raspberry Dust and Serve

While the tiramisu is chilling, blend freeze-dried raspberries and sugar in a food processor until a fine powder forms.
