Make the Waffle Batter
In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, and instant yeast. In a separate bowl, warm the milk and melt the butter together. Whisk in the eggs and vanilla extract. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined. Fold in the pearl sugar. Let the batter rest for about 30 minutes.

Cook the Waffles
Preheat your waffle iron. Once hot, scoop a portion of the batter onto the waffle iron and close it. Cook according to your waffle iron's instructions until golden brown and crispy. Repeat until all batter is used.

Whip the Cream
In a mixing bowl, add the heavy cream and maple syrup. Using an electric mixer, whip on medium speed until soft peaks form. Be careful not to overwhip.
