Method

Burger Preparation

  1. 1

    Form the Patties

In a large bowl, divide the ground beef into four equal portions and shape them into patties.

  2. 2

    Cook the Patties

Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until they reach your desired doneness.

  3. 3

    Add Cheese

In the last minute of cooking, place a slice of cheddar cheese on each patty and cover to melt.

  4. 4

    Prepare the Buns

Toast the milk buns lightly on the grill or in a toaster.

  5. 5

    Assemble the Burger

Spread mayonnaise on the bottom half of each bun. Top with lettuce, tomato slices, cooked patties with melted cheese, onion, and pickles. Place the top half of the bun on each burger.

Fries Preparation

  1. 6

    Cook the Fries

Prepare the frozen fries according to package instructions, either baking or frying them until golden brown and crispy.

  2. 7

    Season the Fries

Once cooked, remove fries from the oven or fryer and season with salt to taste.
