Preparation of Foam

Make the Pineapple Foam
In a mixing bowl, combine the pineapple juice, aquafaba, and vanilla extract. Use a hand mixer or whisk to whip the mixture until it forms soft peaks.
Shaking the Cocktail

Mix the Ingredients
In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine the Cazadores Blanco Tequila, Licor 43, Absinthe, and Citrus Cordial. Shake vigorously for about 15 seconds.

Strain into Glass
Strain the mixture into a chilled cocktail glass.
Finishing Touches

Add the Foam
Spoon the pineapple foam on top of the cocktail carefully to create a layered effect.
