Ravioli Preparation
- 1
Make the Dough
In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour and salt. Create a well in the center and add the eggs and olive oil. Gradually mix the flour into the eggs until a dough forms. Knead on a floured surface for about 5-7 minutes until smooth. Wrap in plastic wrap and let rest for 30 minutes.

Prepare the Filling
In a bowl, mix the goat cheese, chutney, and chopped basil until well combined. Set aside.
- 3
Roll Out the Dough
Divide the dough into quarters. Roll out one piece at a time on a floured surface until thin (about 1/16 inch). Cut into circles using a cookie cutter.
- 4
Assemble the Ravioli
Place a teaspoon of filling in the center of each circle. Moisten the edges with water, fold the dough over to form a half-moon shape, and press to seal. Repeat with remaining dough and filling.
