Mix the Ingredients
In a mixing glass filled with ice, combine Lyre’s dry London Gin, Lyre’s Aperitif Rosso, and Lyre’s Bourbon.

Stir
Stir gently for about 30 seconds until well chilled.

Strain and Serve
Strain the mixture into a chilled glass, ideally a rocks glass.

Garnish
Express the oils from the orange peel over the drink and then garnish with the peel.
