Combine Ingredients
In a mixing bowl, blend the cream cheese, pickled jalapeños, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper until smooth and well combined.

Chill the Filling
Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate the filling for about 30 minutes to firm up.

Prepare the Bread Crumbs
Place the bread crumbs in a shallow dish for breading the poppers.
Assemble the Jalapeño Poppers

Fill Jalapeños
Using a small spoon or piping bag, fill each pickled jalapeño half with the chilled cream cheese mixture.

Coat the Poppers
Dip each filled jalapeño into the batter, allowing excess to drip off, and then roll in the bread crumbs to coat evenly.
Frying

Heat the Oil
In a deep frying pan or pot, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat until it reaches 350°F (175°C).

Fry the Poppers
Carefully place a few breaded jalapeño poppers into the hot oil and fry for about 3-4 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.
