Crust Preparation

Crush the Oreos
In a food processor, crush the Oreo cookies into fine crumbs.

Melt the butter
In a small saucepan, melt the unsalted butter over low heat.

Combine for crust
In a mixing bowl, combine the crushed Oreo cookies with the melted butter, mixing until well combined.

Form the crust
Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch pie pan to form an even layer. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 10 minutes, then remove and let cool.
Filling Assembly

Add chocolate ice cream
Scoop the chocolate ice cream into the cooled Oreo crust and spread it evenly.

Add espresso ice cream
Scoop the espresso ice cream on top of the chocolate layer and spread it evenly.

Freeze the pie
Cover the pie with plastic wrap and freeze for at least 4 hours, or until firm.
Topping Preparation

Whip the cream
In a mixing bowl, add the heavy whipping cream and powdered sugar. Whip using an electric mixer on high speed until soft peaks form.

Top the pie
Once the pie is firm, remove it from the freezer and spread the whipped cream evenly on top.

Add chocolate shavings
Sprinkle chocolate shavings over the whipped cream for garnish.
