Shrimp Preparation

Season the Shrimp
In a bowl, toss the peeled and deveined shrimp with Cajun seasoning until evenly coated.

Heat the Oil
In a large skillet, heat the oil over medium-high heat until it reaches 350°F (175°C).

Fry the Shrimp
Fry the breaded shrimp in batches for about 2-3 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through. Drain on paper towels.

Prepare the Baguette
Slice the fresh baguette in half lengthwise, creating a pocket for the filling.

Layer the Ingredients
Start by placing a generous amount of shredded lettuce on the bottom half of the baguette, followed by the fried shrimp, sliced tomato, and pickles.

Add Creole Sauce
Drizzle the Creole sauce generously over the top of the shrimp.

Close and Serve
Place the top half of the baguette over the fillings, press gently, and your Creole Po' Boy is ready to serve!
