In a bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, honey, minced garlic, grated ginger, and sesame seeds until well combined.

Cilantro Lime Sauce

In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped cilantro, lime juice, olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Whisk until smooth and well blended.

Taste the sauce and adjust seasoning, adding more salt or pepper if desired.

Gojuchang Sauce

In a bowl, mix the gojuchang, soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, sesame oil, and minced garlic until you achieve a smooth consistency.

Taste and adjust the flavor by adding more honey for sweetness or more gojuchang for heat.
