Method
Cook the Pasta

Boil Water
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.

Cook Macaroni
Add the elbow macaroni to the boiling water and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Prepare Cheese Sauce

Add Milk
Gradually whisk in the milk, stirring constantly until the mixture thickens.

Add Cheeses and Seasonings
Reduce heat to low, then add the cheddar cheese, cream cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until all the cheese is melted and the sauce is smooth.
Combine and Bake

Mix Pasta and Cheese Sauce
In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked macaroni and cheese sauce. Stir until the pasta is evenly coated.

Transfer to Baking Dish
Pour the mac and cheese mixture into a greased baking dish.
Prepare Toppings

Cook Bacon
In a skillet, cook the diced bacon over medium heat until crispy. Drain excess fat.

Add Sriracha
Toss the cooked bacon with Sriracha until evenly coated.
Bake

Top with Bacon
Spread the Sriracha bacon evenly over the mac and cheese in the baking dish.

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and bake the mac and cheese for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden on top.
