Method

Prepare the Salmon

  1. 1

    Season the Salmon

Rub the wild-caught salmon fillets with olive oil and coat them evenly with blackening seasoning.

  2. 2

    Cook the Salmon

Preheat a skillet over medium-high heat. Place the seasoned salmon fillets in the skillet and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until the salmon is cooked through and has a blackened crust. Remove from heat and let rest for a few minutes.

Assemble the Wrap

  1. 3

    Prepare the Wrap

Lay out the tomato basil tortillas on a clean surface.

  2. 4

    Add Ingredients

On each tortilla, spread 2 tablespoons of the creamy spread. Place a slice of pepper jack cheese on top. Flake the cooked salmon and place it on the cheese. Add the Creole slaw, sliced red onion, and diced tomato.

  3. 5

    Wrap It Up

Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll tightly from the bottom up to enclose the filling. Cut in half if desired.
