Main Ingredients

Lemon Butter Sauce

Method

Preparing the Salmon

  1. 1

    Marinate the Salmon

In a bowl, mix together olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Place the salmon fillets in the marinade and coat them evenly. Let them marinate for at least 15 minutes.

  2. 2

    Preheat the Grill

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.

Grilling the Salmon

  1. 3

    Grill the Salmon

Once the grill is hot, place the marinated salmon fillets skin-side down on the grill. Grill for about 6-8 minutes per side, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.

Preparing the Vegetables

  1. 4

    Prepare the Vegetables

Chop the zucchini, bell peppers, and asparagus into bite-sized pieces. In a separate bowl, toss the vegetables with olive oil, salt, and black pepper.

  2. 5

    Grill the Vegetables

Place the seasoned vegetables on the grill. Grill for about 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are tender and slightly charred.

Making the Lemon Butter Sauce

  1. 6

    Prepare the Sauce

In a small saucepan, melt the butter over low heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant. Stir in the lemon juice and chopped parsley, and remove from heat.

Plating

  1. 7

    Serve the Dish

On a plate, place a portion of grilled salmon alongside the grilled seasonal vegetables. Drizzle the lemon butter sauce over the salmon and vegetables before serving.
