Prepare the Pulled Pork
If not already prepared, cook the pulled pork by seasoning it with your favorite spices and slow-cooking it until tender. Shred the pork and set aside.

Make the Cheese Sauce
In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Stir in the flour and cook for about 1 minute. Gradually whisk in the milk, ensuring there are no lumps. Continue to cook, stirring frequently, until the sauce thickens. Add the shredded cheddar cheese, salt, and black pepper, stirring until the cheese is melted and the sauce is smooth.

Layer the Nachos
On a large baking sheet or platter, spread the tortilla chips evenly. Top with the pulled pork and drizzle the cheese sauce over the top.

Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top of the nachos, followed by the shredded lettuce, diced onion, sliced jalapeño, and diced tomatoes.
