In a large bowl, mix together the baking powder, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Add the chicken wings and toss until they are evenly coated.

Place the wings on a wire rack set over a baking sheet to allow air circulation around the wings.

Bake the wings in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through, until they are golden brown and crispy.
Make Buffalo Sauce

Combine Ingredients
In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine the hot sauce, unsalted butter, white vinegar, and Worcestershire sauce.

Stir until the butter is melted and the sauce is heated through. Remove from heat.
Toss Wings
