Prepare the Crust
In a medium mixing bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, granulated sugar, and melted butter.

Mix and Press
Stir the mixture until well combined. Press the crumb mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form an even layer.

Pre-bake the Crust
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Bake the crust in the preheated oven for 10 minutes. Remove from the oven and let cool.

Prepare the Filling
In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with an electric mixer until smooth and creamy.

Add Sugar and Sour Cream
Gradually add the granulated sugar and sour cream to the cream cheese, mixing until fully incorporated.

Add Vanilla and Flour
Mix in the vanilla extract and all-purpose flour until smooth.

Add Eggs
Add the eggs one at a time, mixing on low speed until just blended. Do not overmix.

Pour Filling into Crust
Pour the cream cheese filling over the cooled crust in the springform pan.

Bake the Cheesecake
Bake the cheesecake in the oven at 325°F (160°C) for 55-60 minutes, or until the edges are set and the center is slightly jiggly.

Cool and Chill
Turn off the oven and leave the cheesecake inside for 1 hour. Then, remove it from the oven and allow it to cool to room temperature. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
